Thanks for looking. I should probably take an id book out with me, I think things stick in your head better when identified there and then. :)

Thanks, I can't take all the credit though as it's the gorgeous wildlife that does the hard part and my fab camera!
I've enjoyed looking through everyone else's photographs on here! :)

Thank you for the kind comment on here. I have just taken a look through your photos on here and you have some fantastic shots. I particularly love the Egret shot :)

Hi Tigger,

Yes, I'm Ok. Slowly getting my life back together again. Although it was expected (Terminal Cancer), after 47 years of marriage, it was still a massive blow, but thanks to the love and support of family and friends I'm slowly getting back on my feet again. Thanks you for your concern.

Hi Tigger,

Thank you for your comments about my photos.

When my late wife was alive we went to Frieston Shore And Frampton Marsh several times although I haven't been back there since I lost her in August.

Hi Swampy. That sounds like a good plan. Good job you meant with cameras, as nobody would be safe if someone gave me a gun!

Hi waterwolf.
Best of luck. At least that is one good thing with digital cameras, you can get rid of all the bad ones! Hope you get some good photos.

Hi Tigger.
Having the same probs getting used to my new camera. I'm a total novice but enjoying every chance i get to try and get some decent pics. Tried taking a shot of a Sparrow hawk hovering over a dyke, but camera has only got x28 zoom and it was out of range. I am going to Welney this weekend so i think i'll take some of water birds to start with.
